This fragrant beauty was packed in the latest CSA box. The Tigger melon is an Armenian heirloom variety, and is sweeter than any melon I’ve ever tasted. It’s about the size of a softball, with the consistency and flavor of a cantaloupe. It was almost too pretty to eat. But I persevered.
